Changes to website

Dear Patients,

The enquiry forms on the website have changed a little. Forms such as Ask Reception, Clinician, the Practice a Question, have changed. There is now more to fill in to help us, help you. We AIM to complete all enquires on the day of receipt but if it is urgent, the best thing to do is to CALL us. Please bear in mind that if you send a query in the late afternoon or overnight, we will not be able to answer that day – so do not use the website if you need something urgently.

Our phonelines have been upgraded further to allow more to call in and more to call out – as most consultations are by telephone or internet.

We hope that you are finding it much easier to get in contact and get a response you need.
