If agreed by the doctor these can be obtained by either sending in a stamped addressed envelope with your request of by leaving the request in the presciption box in the waiting room. This will then be ready for collection or posted 48 hours later (72 hours if requested after a bank holiday). We regret we cannot accept requests over the telephone as inaccuracies or serious mistakes could occur. You can now also view and request your repeat prescription by logging on toa new service on the internet. Please ask our reception staff for details.
